This week and next our Crossroads ambassador Bev Hadland is travelling to Aboriginal Reserves in Quebec.
Bev has with her Crystal Lavallee who is part of our Generation 2 Generation emphasis here.
In Northern Quebec they are seeing a gathering of women who have been meeting for the last 30 years for the Quebec native women's ministry. They gathered and it was a powerful time of deliverance, encounters with God, and hope restored.
This small community of women bring an offering every year to fuel missions around the world.
It is generosity and authenticity at its finest.
The young people they saw were small in number.
It is an entire generation that is growing up that don't know the word. They have never seen a word of God in their day.
These young people have gone through so much. They need life and love and people to come and speak to them and share the value they have.
We at 100 Huntley Street want to hear the heartbeat of Canada's First Nations people and to give them a voice.
