Life was good for Matshona Dhiliwayo back in Zimbabwe. He came from a well-off family and grew up without a lack, except for something in his heart.
His father shipped him off to Canada when he was 18 in hope that he will have a better future here. However, he landed in Canada as a political refugee. This really hindered Matshona in finding jobs or having healthcare because the process for all the paperwork to be approved takes a long time.
Mashona started making wrong decisions and walked down the wrong path. He looked to sexual promiscuity, alcohol and crime to fill the void in his heart. Yet God kept pursuing him.
The day Mashona got baptized, God supernaturally healed him of alcoholism and other addictions. God also answered his prayer and delivered him from his foolish ways. Led by the Holy Spirit, he felt a hunger for the book of Proverbs and the words speak right into his heart. That embarks him on his current journey for more of God's wisdom.
"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." - James 1:5
