Reverend Lim, Missing in North Korea

Lisa Pak is a pastor and spokesperson for Light Korean Presbyterian Church, a Toronto area church whose pastor, Rev. Lim, has been missing inside North Korea for a month.

Here is an update on Reverend Hyeon Soo Lim's situation a few days later:

Latest update (December 17, 2015):

- Reverend Lim has now been sentenced to life with hard labour by North Korea's Supreme Court for ‘crimes against state'.

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says Canada has "tremendous concern" over the life sentence handed to a Canadian pastor in North Korea. (Read more here)

Lim's trial was the first time Canadian officials had seen the 60-year-old since he was taken into custody in February

Lim had been in detention since February and was sentenced after a 90-minute trial.
