Sandra Waboose was born in Pic Mobert First Nation, an Ojibway community in Northern Ontario. In January 1993, Sandra's life was chaotic, dysfunctional, angry and full of addictions. She was searching for answers to life, but only felt hopeless and empty. Sandra asked a friend to take her to church and there her life was transformed when she cried out to God to forgive her of her sins and change her life. Today Sandra works with the First Peoples in areas of family support, mental health and counselling. As God gives opportunity, Sandra shares her faith and the hope which can be found in Christ. As doors open , Sandra also teaches God's Word and facilitates prayer meetings with the emphasis of healing as God has brought so much healing to her heart and life.
